It also includes indirectly identifiable information, such as metadata or behavioural data. In this privacy policy, a reference to personal information includes sensitive information.

For example, we may collect personal information from your organisation, other organisations with whom you have dealings, state and regional chambers, government agencies, a credit reporting agency, an information or service provider or from a publicly available record.
Where we collect your personal information from third parties, we may use that information for a number of other reasons, including to provide you with other services.
We collect information from the Site including the number of visits, dates of visits, pages viewed and navigation of the site. The purpose of collection is to improve users experience of the Site and for record keeping purposes.

It is our intention to use our best endeavours to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner who may investigate your complaint further.
Artificial Intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI solutions, as part of our business services. Your personal data may be processed by AI as part of your business interactions with us from time to time. Where generative AI tools are used, we ensure that any personal data is handled with our data protection obligations. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on an individual.
Data Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Data Breaches

- There is unauthorised access to or disclosure of personal information held by us (or information is lost in circumstances where unauthorised access or disclosure is likely to occur).
- This is likely to result in serious harm to any of the individuals to whom the information relates.
- We have been unable to prevent the likely risk of serious harm with remedial action.
We have a Data Breach Response Policy which sets out the detailed and prescriptive steps and procedures to be followed if we experience a data breach or suspect that a data breach has occurred.
